The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is seeking a contractor to install, operate, and maintain an Inmate Technology System. This system includes an Inmate Telephone Service, an Inmate Tablet Service for eligible inmates, Digital Mail, and eMessaging. The scope covers all necessary personnel, supervision, infrastructure, hardware, software, equipment, installation, operation, maintenance, support, materials, supplies, training, and transportation at no cost to TDCJ.
