Description
The Moraga-Orinda Fire Protection District (MOFD) is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed contractors to provide chipping services in support of the District’s ongoing wildfire-risk-reduction and fuels-management programs. Services include chipping brush and trees of varying sizes and hauling and properly disposing of chipped material. The contract is anticipated to be for a three-year period with an option to extend one additional year, with a not-to-exceed amount of $2,000,000. Contractors must be licensed in California and provide proof of insurance as specified.
