Description
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) publishes this biweekly notice pursuant to the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. The notice includes all amendments issued or proposed to be issued from July 7, 2026, to July 20, 2026, involving no significant hazards considerations (NSHC). The NRC has the authority to issue and make immediately effective any amendment to an operating license or combined license upon a determination that the amendment involves no significant hazards consideration, even if a hearing request is pending. Comments on these amendments must be filed by September 3, 2026, and requests for hearings or petitions for leave to intervene must be filed by October 5, 2026.
