The U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, is conducting an antidumping investigation into van-type trailers and subassemblies from Canada. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Commerce - International Trade Administration - Office of Enforcement and Compliance - OEMs and Vendors: - Manac Inc. Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof from Canada are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The period of investigation is from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination. The notice also includes a postponement of the final determination and an extension of provisional measures.
