Description

This solicitation is for the new ground up construction of Robert Price Park. The scope includes grubbing and clearing property, site grading, construction of a new parking lot and entryways, installation of potable water lines and site irrigation, development of 2 little league fields and 2 multi-purpose fields, sport lighting, 2 new playgrounds, new ramadas, 2 prefab restroom buildings, sanitary sewer pipe and connections, a new splash pad and equipment building, and other associated work. Additionally, a borrow area on city property immediately east of the park will be cleared and hydroseeded after work completion. The project has a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) goal of 6% and an estimated price range of more than $10,000,000.
