Description

The City of Homestead is seeking a qualified, experienced, and licensed contractor from the State of Florida to replace exterior doors at Wittkop Park and James Archer Smith Park. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, traffic control, and services necessary for the completion of the project. This project is federally assisted through HUD with CDBG-CV funds and must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including wage determinations and non-discrimination policies. The project locations are James Archer Smith Park at 300 NW 12th St. and Wittkop Park at 505 NW 9th St., Homestead, FL. The deadline for responses is August 12, 2026, at 3:00 pm EST, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for August 7, 2026, at 2:00 pm. The contractor must provide a minimum one-year warranty on labor and materials.
