The City of Rocky Mount is seeking a firm to provide graphic and creative design services including conceptualizing, designing, and delivering various graphic materials such as brochures, fact sheets, invitations, billboards, magazines, email templates, infographics, advertisements, flyers, presentations, newsletters, social media and website graphics. The selected firm will provide up to 65 hours of design services per month with potential renegotiation if exceeded for two consecutive months.
