KEXX Davidson County Executive Airport is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) firms to provide preconstruction and construction phase services for the development of the Fly High Lexington — Davidson County FBO Facility Project. The project involves construction of a new approximately 9,607-square-foot steel-framed single-story Fixed Base Operator (FBO) facility and renovation of an existing airport facility at Davidson County Executive Airport in Lexington, North Carolina. The selected CM@R will provide services from preconstruction through construction phases, including cost estimating, schedule development, quality control, safety management, and project closeout.
