The Taxpayer Advocate Service (TAS), part of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), is seeking qualified small businesses to provide comprehensive audio-visual (AV) equipment and support services for the FY26 All Managers Meeting at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. - Government Buyer: - Taxpayer Advocate Service (TAS), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of the Treasury - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the requirements - Products/Services Requested: - Dual projection setups for general session rooms (2 per day, 3 days) - Wired podium microphones (1 per day, 3 days) - Wired table microphones (7 per day, 3 days) - Lapel microphones (2 per day, Tuesday and Thursday) - Wireless handheld microphones (7 per day, 3 days) - Amplifiers, mixers, and speakers suitable for meeting spaces (each day) - Additional audio and video support equipment as needed - Confidence monitors (1 per day, 3 days) - Sufficient electrical plugs/outlets for conference and breakout rooms (each day) - Screens for breakout rooms (3 total) - Power sources for computer/data show in breakout rooms (3 total) - Internet access for each breakout room (3 total) - On-site technical support: 1 technician for 8 hours per day in the ballroom (3 days) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - AV support is required for both general and breakout sessions across three consecutive days - Quantities are specified for microphones and projection setups by day and room - On-site technician support is mandatory for each day of the event - Only equipment actually used will be paid for, per government regulation - No specific brands, part numbers, or OEMs are mandated, allowing for a range of commercial AV solutions

This is a Sources Sought notice for Market Research purposes ONLY. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. This information will be used to determine the availability of contractors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements. Telephone calls will not be accepted. Any questions regarding this notice shall be submitted in writing.
The Internal Revenue Service is seeking sources to determine if there are potentially qualified U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone Small Business, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) and/or Small Business (SB) with the capability to:
The conference requires AV equipment and support. AV services shall include, at a minimum, microphones, wireless microphones, screens or confidence monitors, projection equipment as required, electronic equipment, speakers for audio projection, amplifiers/mixers, AV carts and computer/data-show power sources, sufficient electrical outlets for the conference area and breakout rooms, and internet access for sessions as needed, including internet access in each breakout room, plus set-up, arrangement, and tear down. It must be emphasized that government regulation only allows payment for equipment used.

If small, please provide the socioeconomic status. If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open Market. A brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies, and organizational experience related to the key task areas.

Submissions shall not exceed five (5) single sided pages in length not including the cover page, table of contents and cover letter.
