The County of Santa Clara Technology Services and Solutions Department is seeking proposals for a comprehensive Translation Management System that uses artificial intelligence to translate web content on the County's Public Portal websites. The solution must be accessible and usable by the County's contracted Language Service Provider to ensure high-quality translation services and efficient management of multilingual content. The proposal should include all software, services, training, and ongoing support for implementation and maintenance over a period of five or more years. The solution must comply with federal, state, and local laws, including HIPAA, FedRAMP, and ADA, and meet web content accessibility guidelines by April 26, 2027.
