The County of Westchester, through its Department of Public Works and Transportation (DPW&T), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide on-call subject-matter expertise for the Bee-Line Bus Service fixed-route and paratransit operations. The consultant will assist DPW&T personnel in managing its capital program, including procurement of buses, paratransit vehicles, and related infrastructure such as alternative fuels infrastructure. Services include study and review, and development of technical specifications for rolling stock and related services/infrastructure procurement.
