Description

This project is for a breakpoint nutrient reduction wetland located in Floyd County, Iowa. The work includes selective clearing, excavation, grading, steel sheetpile installation, tile installation, water control structure, riprap, concrete grout, seeding, and erosion control. The project involves approximately 10,800 cubic yards of earthwork, 1,202 square feet of steel sheetpile, 1,977 linear feet of tile installation, 437 tons of riprap, 44.5 tons of granular foundation material, 87 cubic yards of concrete grout, and seeding of 7.1 acres. The estimated construction cost range is $200,000 to $300,000 with completion dates for construction by June 15, 2027, buffer seeding by June 30, 2027, and structure seeding by September 15, 2027.
