Flagler County is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced, and licensed providers to operate the County-owned Adult Day Care Center located at 1000 Belle Terre Blvd., Palm Coast, FL. The center has been operating as a state-licensed Adult Day Care facility for 20 years. The selected provider will assume full operational, programmatic, and financial responsibility, ensuring high-quality, person-centered adult day care services with a focus on individuals with cognitive impairments, including Alzheimer's and dementia.
