SUBJECT: Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Order for Copyrighted Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Federal Decision-Making Training Course

1. ANNOUNCEMENT

The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), announces its intent to award a sole-source purchase order to Management Concepts Inc. for a copyrighted leveraging Artificial Intelligence for federal decision-making training course. This action is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

2. PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE

This notice serves to inform industry of the government's intent to award this requirement on a sole-source basis and to conduct market research to identify other sources that may be capable of satisfying this requirement. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), and the government does not intend to issue a contract based on responses to this notice alone.

3. REQUIREMENT DETAILS & ATTACHMENTS

The USCG requires a Copyright leveraging AI for federal decision-making training course as specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Interested parties must demonstrate the ability to provide a training program that is fully equivalent in scope, learning objectives, instructional depth, and curriculum delivery to the specified training program.
