The 76th Maintenance Squadron (76 MXSS) Composites & Shelf-Life Lab at Tinker Air Force Base is seeking a commercial off-the-shelf replacement Autoclave and Control System. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 76th Maintenance Squadron (76 MXSS), Composites & Shelf-Life Lab, Tinker Air Force Base - Products & Services Requested: - One front-loading autoclave chamber with pressure, vacuum, and temperature cure profile controls - Integrated control system for programming and monitoring - Hardware, software (must run on Air Force-imaged Windows 11 PC, no external network connections), peripherals, documentation - Shipping, installation, and integration into existing facility utilities - On-site, in-person training for at least three lab personnel within 5 working days of installation - One-year warranty covering parts, labor, travel, software updates, and diagnostics - Initial and annual calibration services with certificates - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Software must be compatible with Air Force-imaged Windows 11 PCs and operate without external network connections - Complete system integration, including all necessary peripherals and documentation - Training and calibration services are mandatory and must be provided on-site - Warranty includes comprehensive support and software updates for one year - No specific OEMs, vendors, or part numbers are identified in the requirements - All technical and procurement details are specified in the Statement of Work attachment
