The Northeast Maryland Waste Disposal Authority is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide practical engineering, construction, repair, and deconstruction services related to solid waste infrastructure and facilities. The procurement aims to select multiple firms for on-call contractor services in two major categories: transfer station/Resource Recovery Park, Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) and emerging technologies operations, and landfill services. The Authority will place between two and ten qualified firms on an on-call contractor list.
