Description

The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in placement on the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Investigations, Related Services, and Mediations Consultant Roster and/or the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Consultant Roster. This is a document-only procurement where firms may submit SOQs for either or both rosters. Selected firms will provide professional services such as EEO investigations, mediations, training, and other related services to support District staff or work independently. The roster will be used for contracts not exceeding $250,000, with selection made on a contract-by-contract basis. The roster will remain active for at least two years with possible annual reviews and updates.
