Description

The City of Richmond is soliciting proposals from qualified equipment rental firms to provide on-call equipment rental services for Public Works and other City departments. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis with no minimum quantity guaranteed. The contract has an initial term of three years with two one-year renewal options. The City reserves the right to award contracts to one or multiple vendors and requires electronic submission of proposals via the City's online system by August 25, 2026.
