Description
Guilford County Schools is seeking qualified low-voltage integration firms for the installation and commissioning of new IP Intercom Systems across nine school facilities. The project aims to modernize campus communication using a Valcom IP-based solution. This is a Labor and Supplementary Materials contract where the Owner has procured the core hardware components and will handle mounting the core head-end infrastructure. Bids must be submitted by September 10, 2026, and late bids will not be accepted. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visits are scheduled in August 2026.
