Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division inteds to procure six (6) rolls (118.20 square meters) of Nafion 1110 on a sole source to Proton Energy Systems, Inc/ Nel Hydrogen US.

The proposed action is for part-numbered items for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302
