The Department of the Air Force, 81st Contracting Squadron at Keesler Air Force Base, is seeking sources for a new compressed air system. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command, 81st Contracting Squadron (FA3010 81 CONS CC), Keesler AFB, MS - Products/Services Requested: - Rotary screw air compressor (minimum 50 HP, 225 CFM at 125 PSIG, 460V AC, 3-Phase) - Industrial refrigerated air dryer (minimum 225 SCFM, 460V AC, 3-Phase) with integrated pre- and post-filters - Air receiver tank (minimum 200 gallons, 200 PSIG MAWP) with ASME-rated pressure relief valve - Approximately 40 ft of 1.5-inch piping and 25 ft of 0.5-inch piping for drainage - 5-year major component warranty - Power-on/function training - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must fit within an 11x12 ft area - Full sound enclosure required for compressors rated 70dBA and above - Automatic or zero-loss condensate drain for air receiver tank - ASME-rated pressure relief valve and pressure gauge required - Integrated filtration with auto-drains for air dryer - 5-year warranty and training included

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This is NOT a solicitation, but market research to determine potential sources to procure an Air System for Keesler AFB, MS.

This notice does not constitute a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. Further, we are not at this time seeking proposals; therefore, DO NOT request a copy of a solicitation or submit a proposal as a result of this notice. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this sources sought and that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All costs associated with responding to this sources sought will be solely at the responding party's expense.

Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, should one be issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise from a response to the notice. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the SAM.gov website for additional information pertaining to this sources sought.

RESPONSE INFORMATION:

Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be received no later than 2:00 PM CDT, on Monday, 10 August 2026. All interested parties must provide a response containing a written statement confirming they can comply with the Government needs as specified in the Statement of Objectives, any associated product literature, and if the items are located on a Federal Supply Schedule contract.
