The U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Division at Base San Juan is seeking maintenance and repair services for laundry equipment in its Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) facilities. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Coast Guard, Engineering Division, Housing Base San Juan UPH Manager - OEMs and Vendors: - Maytag (OEM for washers and dryers) - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance and repair services for 8 Maytag washers and 8 Maytag stack combo dryers - Monthly inspections and maintenance visits - Quarterly deep cleaning - On-demand repairs and parts replacement (card readers, cycle selection buttons, electrical boards, detergent dispensers, hoses, belts, door handles) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must coordinate with USCG Engineering Division and UPH management - Compliance with safety and security protocols is mandatory - Timely response for repairs and scheduled maintenance - Service covers two specific buildings: Gonzalez Hall (127) and Albino Hall (128)

Please review the attached Statements of work before the site visit. The site visit is schedule for (August 6,2026) (0900am) at the US COAST GUARD BASE in Old San Juan.
