Description

The City of Pasadena, through its Department of Water and Power (PWP), is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for one or more distributed generation renewable energy facilities located within PWP service territory and interconnected to PWP's electric distribution grid. The projects sought are distributed resources larger than 200kW, with operational or delivery start dates on or before December 31, 2028, and a minimum delivery term of 10 years. The initiative supports Pasadena's goal to source 100% of its electricity from carbon-free resources by 2030 and complies with California's Renewable Portfolio Standard Program. Proposals with later start dates or alternative terms will also be considered.
