This opportunity involves the U.S. Coast Guard seeking monthly pool maintenance services for its Rio Bayamon Housing Complex in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Coast Guard, Base San Juan, Morale, Well Being and Recreation (MWR) Department - Services Requested: - Monthly pool maintenance for a large outdoor pool (45x75 ft, 176,870 gallons), a 1,200-gallon kiddie pool, and a water slide - Maintenance includes all pool equipment: filtration system, chemical treatment system, water slide structure and pump, diving board, lifeguard stand, steps and railings, pool lighting, decks, drains, and provision of chemicals for water quality - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Service covers all aspects of pool operation and safety equipment - Includes both main pool and kiddie pool, as well as water slide and associated systems - Vendors must review the Statement of Work and coordinate site access with designated points of contact prior to quoting
