The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking a comprehensive FF&E solution to convert existing Allsteel cubicles into electric sit-stand workstations at Building 106, Chamblee Campus, Floors 3–7. - Government Buyer: - Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) - Design Support Services Office (DSSO), Chamblee Campus - OEMs and Vendors: - Allsteel (existing cubicles) - Exemplis (SitOnIt Symmetry sit-stand bases) - Products/Services Requested: - Approximately 342 CDC-approved Exemplis SitOnIt Symmetry electric sit-stand workstations and accessories - Programmable height controllers - Matching laminate worksurfaces (if existing cannot be reused) - Horizontal and vertical cable managers - Surge protector extension cords (16-foot) - Desktop power monuments with outlets/USB ports - Reuse of existing keyboard trays unless otherwise directed - Turn-key installation and project management services, including: - Site survey, AutoCAD design, procurement, delivery, installation, punchlist, excess and storage management, scheduling, weekly status reports, safety compliance, licensed electrical services (if required), and closeout documentation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Maintain operational continuity during installation - Removal of non-approved units and management of excess property - Detailed project management and safety compliance - Installation to be completed in phases by floor, with a total of 342 workstations - Period of performance is 190 calendar days from award, including planning, rolling installation, and closeout

Description

The purpose of this acquisition is to provide a turn-key FF&E solution to convert existing Allsteel workstation cubicles in Building 106 (Floors 3–7) into CDC-approved electric sit-stand workstations with accessories (a desk top electric programmable height adjustment controllers, a horizontal cable manager, a vertical cable manager, a 16’ surge protector extension cord and a desk top power monument) while maintaining operational continuity. Providing matching a new worksurfaces (only if you cannot reuse existing worksurfaces).
