Description
The City of Ogdensburg is seeking proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide final design, permitting, bidding assistance, SEQR services, and full-time construction oversight for the Downtown Mall Green Infrastructure Improvements Project located at and around 212 Ford Street in Ogdensburg, New York. The project aims to reduce combined sewer overflow volume, improve stormwater quality, enhance public space aesthetics, and maintain adequate parking. The project is funded through the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation Green Infrastructure Grant Program and includes MWBE and SDVOB participation requirements.
