Battery Park City Authority d/b/a Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority (BPCA) requests proposals from qualified vendors to provide Tree Care Services. Services include consultation, tree pruning, tree and stump removal, and tree supply and planting. The selected proposer will be responsible for the detailed scope of work attached as Exhibit A. Proposals must meet the requirements in the RFP, which can be downloaded from BPCA's website. Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
