Description
The Town of Gallatin is seeking proposals from qualified solar installation contractors to design, supply, and install a ground-mounted photovoltaic (PV) solar system at Town Hall, located at 667 County Route 7, Ancram, NY 12502. The project aims to reduce the Town's electricity costs, lower its carbon footprint, and leverage available state and federal incentives. Proposals will be evaluated on a best-value basis under New York State General Municipal Law ยง 103. Bidders are also invited to submit an optional Add-Alternate price for co-located battery energy storage.
