This opportunity seeks contractors to provide industrial HVAC and utility system services for major New York State government complexes in Albany. - Government Buyer: - New York State Office of General Services (OGS), Financial Administration Division, Agency Procurement Office - Scope of Work: - Provide qualified personnel and resources for maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and operation of utility systems - Includes industrial HVAC systems and electrical systems up to 600 VAC - Services required at: - Empire State Plaza (ESP) - W. Averell Harriman State Office Building Campus - Wadsworth Center at ESP - Cultural Education Center (CEC) - Procurement Structure: - Two Lots: - Lot 1: ESP and Harriman Campus (large government complexes) - Lot 2: Wadsworth Center Labs and CEC (laboratory, museum, and archive facilities) - Proposers may submit for one or both Lots; awards made separately - Minimum Qualifications: - At least five years of direct experience in utility-based industrial systems and industrial HVAC maintenance, repair, and operation - Lot 1: Experience in facilities of at least 5 million sq ft - Lot 2: Experience in laboratory, museum, or archive complexes of at least 250,000 sq ft - Proposers must meet qualifications directly (not via subcontractors) - MWBE and SDVOB Participation Goals: - MBE 15%, WBE 15%, SDVOB 6% - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or brands are specified; focus is on service expertise and personnel - Past similar contracts awarded to Technical Building Services Inc. and Stark Tech Services, LLC

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the NYS Office of General Services Division of Financial Administration on behalf of the Division of Real Estate.
