Description

The Hudson Valley Regional Council (HVRC) is seeking a respondent to provide engineering design, implementation, construction, performance testing and optimization, and related technical services for landfill biofilters as part of the Mid-Hudson Landfill Gas Biofilters Project. This project is funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and aims to reduce methane emissions at municipal solid waste landfills across the Mid-Hudson Region. The selected respondent will be responsible for the full scope of work including data analysis, site assessments, design, construction, monitoring, and optimization through October 2029. The project covers up to thirteen participating landfills and includes a 12-month post-installation monitoring and optimization period followed by quarterly maintenance assessments.
