The U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur, through its General Services Office, is soliciting quotations for the supply and delivery of one brand new semi-panel van. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur, General Services Office - Product Requested: - One (1) brand new, right-hand drive semi-panel van - Minimum seating for 6 (including driver) - Turbocharged or non-turbocharged diesel engine (2.8L to 3.2L) - Minimum 130 HP and 300 Nm torque - Rear, front, or all-wheel drive - Diesel fuel, minimum 65L fuel tank - Minimum 2500 mm wheelbase, 2800 kg GVW, 1000 kg payload - Safety features: ABS, EBD, airbags, three-point seat belts, reverse parking sensors or camera - Comfort features: air conditioning, power steering, power windows (front), central locking, alarm, rubber floor mats, AM/FM radio with Bluetooth and USB, emergency kit - Exterior: white, four doors or standard configuration, mud flaps, front and rear fog lamps (if standard) - Full size spare wheel and tyre - Anti-rust treatment - Warranty: minimum 3 years or 100,000 km (parts and labor) - Delivered fully assembled, roadworthy, with tools, manuals, warranty documents, and two sets of keys - Notable Requirements: - Vehicle must be brand new and right-hand drive - Delivery must include all documentation and warranty - Quote validity: 60 days - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; multiple global van manufacturers could compete

Description

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for the procurement of New Van. 

The Embassy intends to award a single purchase order / contract for the required services.  

Kindly refer to the attached scope of work (SOW) for further details. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov marked “Quotation Enclosed –New Van” to the Contracting Officer, General Services Office, Kuala Lumpur on or before 12:00 noon on September 12, 2026.  

No quotations will be accepted after that time. For any quotations above $40,000 USD, the Contractor must have valid and active registration in SAM.gov at the time of proposal submission.
