Description

Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for a Brand Name requirement for a Harrington Hoists, Inc. Static and Dynamic Load Tester.

Requirement:

Capacity: Capable of testing hoists through 10 tons Power Supply: 220V, single-phase Dimensions: 5 ft x 7 ft 2 in x 8 ft 9 in Test Speed: Up to 35 feet per minute Quantity: One (1)

This procurement is for a Brand Name Harrington Hoists, Inc. Static and Dynamic Load Tester due to the requirement for compatibility with existing equipment and systems. The equipment is designed to perform hoist testing in accordance with ANSI/ASME B30.16 and ANSI/ASME B30.21 standards. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  

The Government will evaluate the offeror’s price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination in accordance with RFO 12.203.

Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.
