This is a non-personal services contract to provide deep kitchen cleaning services for the Canteen at the El Paso Veteran Affairs Healthcare Systems (ELVAHCS) main facility located at 5001 N. Piedras St. El Paso, TX 77930 and janitorial services for the administrative extension areas of the ELVAHCS located at BLDG 116 and BLDG 117, Fort Bliss, TX 79906.
