The U.S. Air Force at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, is seeking small business providers for comprehensive telecommunication services to support base operations. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Offutt Air Force Base, NE (55th Contracting Squadron, Air Combat Command) - Services Requested: - Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) - Provision of two SIP trunks, each supporting at least 200 concurrent voice calls - Installation, configuration, and integration at Buildings 1000 and 185 - Local, domestic long-distance, and international voice calling capabilities - 24/7/365 technical support for outages and service interruptions - Long Distance Telecommunication Services (LDTS) - Domestic long-distance calling included in the service - International Telecommunication Services (ITS) - International calling included in the service - Notable Requirements: - Technical plan must address SIP trunking, installation, and support - Pricing must include all recurring and non-recurring costs - Offerors must provide Cage code and UEI to access the Performance Work Statement - Offerors must have a NIST assessment within the past three years - Set aside for small businesses under NAICS 517810 - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - No product part numbers or purchase quantities are specified

Description

Note Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement contains CUI. Offerors must submit Cage code and UEI to the listed points of contact in order to request access to the attachment. Offerors will be checked on SPRS to verify NIST assessment in the past 3 years. 

The 55th Contracting Squadron requires services for essential Local Telecommunication Services (LTS), Long Distance Telecommunication (LDTS), International Telecommunication Services (ITS), and features supporting Offutt AFB, NE. The LTS will support installation 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365).

Questions are due to the Contracting Office no later than 12 August 2026 at 11:00 AM CDT. Answers to questions submitted by this deadline will be posted to this notice as soon as they are available.
