The U.S. Marshals Service, under the Department of Justice, is soliciting quotes for a comprehensive range of deputy uniforms and related apparel for operational and training use. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Department of Justice - Southern District of New York, Training Division, and Procurement APC (Austin Processing Center) - OEMs Highlighted: - 5.11 Tactical is the primary OEM for most apparel items (Apex Pants, Packable Jackets, Performance Polos) - Products Requested: - Large quantities of 5.11 Tactical apparel, including: - Apex Pants (Ranger Green, various men's and women's sizes, part numbers 74434-186 and 64446-186) - Packable Jackets (Navy, part number 48035-724) - Performance Polo Shirts (Dark Navy, men's and women's, part numbers 71049-724 and 61165-724) - Additional uniform components: polo shirts, t-shirts, khaki range pants, baseball caps, boots, belts, duty belts, magazine pouches, cuff cases, OC canister pouches, baton holders, flashlight pouches, gloves, winter/rain jackets, tactical vests, and raid jackets - Customization services: USMS badge screening, embroidery (silver and gold), and heatpress for official insignia - Quantities: - Example: 102 men's Apex Pants, 12 women's Apex Pants, 30 packable jackets with badge screening, 127 performance polos with silver badge embroidery, and more - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All apparel must meet detailed technical specifications for color, material, fit, and official USMS insignia - Use of USMS badge and shield requires vendor authorization and controlled application - No brand substitutions unless accompanied by technical specifications for evaluation - All offerors must be registered in SAM with a valid CAGE code - Period of Performance: - Base period is one year, with a firm fixed price contract structure

INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS

Volume 1: Quote on company letterhead Quotes shall be provided on company letterhead, with company name, logo, address, Point of Contact, contact info, etc. Cage Code, must be included. 

All prospective offerors must be a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov.

The Government seeks additional discounts.
