Description
Solicitation number W50S9F26QA020 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for provision of one wireless remote-controlled lawn mower with an approximate 52" cutting deck suitable for sloped terrain. This is a solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with RFO FAR part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
Refer to the attached “Purchase Description for all mower requirements.
This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 333112 and the size standard is 1,500 employees. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference, and full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul and acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/class_deviations.html.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the solicitation provides the best value to the Government. The Government will select the most advantageous quote, considering price, technical, and past performance. This action will result in a firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order to the quoter providing the most advantageous quote to the Government.
Instructions to quoters:
1. To be eligible for award, a quote must be received by the date and time indicated on this notice and must contain all of the following:
Pricing, including shipping. Product information, including information about standard warranty. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE. Information demonstrating local serviceability.
2. Quotes must be emailed to the POC listed. The subject must contain “W50S9F26QA020”. Do not send an email exceeding 10 mb in aggregate.
3. All questions must be in writing. Questions shall be emailed to the primary point of contact shown on this RFQ no later than 17 August 2026 at 9:00 am CDT.
4. By responding to this RFQ, the quoter agrees to meet all the requirements incorporated herein, and agrees to all the terms, conditions, and provisions.
5. The Government may obtain past performance information from any sources available, including the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) and Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). As a result, this RFQ does not require submission of past performance information.
6. All items are requested to be delivered within 90 days ARO (After Receipt of Order). Quotes for items that are expected to exceed 90 days must clearly identify the expected delivery date.
Amendments
8/3/2026: Adding the following funding language: This effort is a high priority requirement in support of the National Guard. Funds are not presently available to make award. If funds become available for award, and prices are deemed fair and reasonable, it is the Government’s intent to make award. This is not a commitment of funds or contract award. Quotes must be valid through September 30, 2026.
