The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration Office of Mental Health and Suicide Prevention is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive Data Engineering, Management Support, and Quality Assurance services for the SSG Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) - Veterans Health Administration (VHA) - Office of Mental Health and Suicide Prevention - Technology Acquisition Center - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or commercial product vendors are named; the procurement is for professional services, not hardware or COTS software. - Services Requested: - Project management, including monthly project management plans and progress reports - Data engineering and management support for the VA's Data Collection Tool (DCT) in the VA Enterprise Cloud - Quality assurance recommendations and data quality review processes - Dashboard development, data archiving, and technical support for the DCT - Grant manager review and monitoring process development - Suicide prevention plan development and submission - Data analysis, briefings, and reporting on grantee data - Documentation of new DCT requirements based on Congressional feedback and policy changes - Notable Requirements: - Compliance with federal security, privacy, and AI standards - Deliverables include monthly, quarterly, and annual reports - Travel for two in-person conferences per year (3-5 days each) - 12-month base period with two 12-month option periods (up to 36 months total) - All work must be performed on weekdays, excluding federal holidays, unless otherwise directed
