Solicitation number 1305M326Q0394 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for National Weather Service HVAC Preventive Maintenance (PM) two (2) Locations; WFO in Charleston, SC and NEXRAD in Early Branch, SC.Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for HVAC Systems Preventative Maintenance at Weather Forecast Offices (WFO) in Charleston, SC and Next Generation Radar (NEXRAD) locations in Early Branch, SC in accordance with the Statement of Work. See attached Statement of Work which applies to Base Year and all Option Years 1 – 4.A complete description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions or technical data, can be found in the SF18.2. This is a request for quotations (RFQ) for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.The Government intends to award a low priced, technically acceptable, single firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.3.
