This opportunity seeks a qualified contractor to provide Catholic Music Director services for Maxwell Air Force Base, supporting the religious needs of the base community. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 42nd Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB - 42D Air Base Wing (AETC), Maxwell Air Force Base - Services Requested: - Catholic Music Director services for five consecutive 12-month periods (totaling up to five years) - Directing choir members at weekly rehearsals (52 per year), Mass performances (104 per year), up to 26 special services, and 4 funerals annually - Responsibilities include choir direction, solo vocal performances, music selection, coordination with chapel staff, securing chapel facilities, and providing monthly reports - Quantities: - 12 months of service per year, for up to five years - 1 Music Director required - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Minimum five years of experience directing Catholic Mass choirs - Ability to pass security/background checks for base access - Flexibility in work hours and possible alternate performance locations within 75 miles - 100% small business set-aside - Emphasis on experience, capability, and price competitiveness - No OEMs, products, or part numbers are specified, as this is a service-based requirement

Description

This is a solicitation for the provision of Catholic Music Director services on Maxwell AFB. Contractor will be responsible for directing choir members at weekly rehearsals and weekly performances for the Masses and for any special services/activities, IAW the attached Statement of Work.
