Description

In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) guidelines for public disclosure, this notice is published to make the Determination and Findings (D&F) for the consolidation of contract requirements publicly available for a period of seven (7) days.

RFO 7.107-1(b)(1) requires that the consolidation of requirements with an estimated value exceeding $2,000,000.00 be supported by a written determination establishing that the consolidation is necessary and justified.

Please see the attached, redacted Determination and Findings (D&F) for Consolidation of Requirements regarding the General Repairs and Construction Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) in support of the Department of War (DoW) and other Federal agencies within the Gulf Coast, Tyndall, Jacksonville, and Florida Area Office Area of Responsibility (AOR).
