In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul parts 6.103-1(d) and 6.301, the award notice for this action is hereby synopsized and the justification is made publicly available (see attached). An award has been made to V3GATE, LLC 555 MIDDLE CREEK PKWY UNIT 120, COLORADO SPRINGS CO  80921 for a Google Threat subscription to enable threat intelligence gathering and the vetting of indicators. The period of performance consists of one (1) 12-month period and three (3) additional 12-month option periods. The total award amount is $ 711,116.20, including all options.
