NASA Langley Research Center is seeking to procure a Precision 28000 Signal Conditioning System to support the Flight Dynamics Research Facility. - The requirement includes: - One 16-slot chassis (part number 28016F-M5) with high-density output connectors - Power supply for the mainframe (28016C-ACPS-1) - Backplane interface module with Ethernet remote interface and GUI software (28000A-BIF2-FT) - Slide mount kit (SM22A) - Eight frame blank panels (28000-BP-1A) - Eight quad channel wideband transducer conditioners (28124-LP4FP) - Multiple mating input/output connectors and cables (various part numbers) - Quantities for components range from 1 to 16 units - The system is to be delivered to Hampton, Virginia (NASA Langley) - NASA/NSSC intends to sole source this procurement to Precision Filters, Inc., as the only known provider - The acquisition will use FAR Part 12 commercial item procedures - The NAICS code is 334515 (Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals) - The expected period of performance is 60-90 days after receipt of order (ARO) - NASA is accepting capability statements until 8/6/2026 to determine if competition is possible
