Hoover Building (HCHB) in Washington, DC. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Commerce - Office of Space and Building Management, Office of Facilities and Environmental Quality - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the notice or attachments. - Services Requested: - Comprehensive cafeteria food services operation and management - Includes: labor, supervision, food, supplies, equipment maintenance, cleaning, marketing, and reporting - Excludes: Executive Dining Room services - Requires onsite Food Service Manager and Executive Chef - Contractor must maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality, and comply with all applicable regulations - Contractor is responsible for maintenance and operation of government-furnished equipment and facilities - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Performance-based, firm-fixed-price contract - Government may provide operating subsidies - Contractor must provide marketing and reporting in addition to standard food service operations - Emphasis on compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
