NASA Glenn Research Center's EMI Lab is seeking to procure Rohde & Schwarz ELEKTRA software licenses and related extensions for electromagnetic interference (EMI) testing. - Government Buyer: - NASA Glenn Research Center, EMI Lab - OEM Highlight: - Rohde & Schwarz is the required Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) - Products/Software Licenses Requested: - ELEMC-DRV (Part #5601.0547.02): Generic Driver extension for amplifier, antenna mast, turntable, generator, and power meter (1 license, 12-month warranty) - ELEMC-TLA (Part #5601.0230.02): Test List Automation extension (1 license, 12-month warranty) - ELEMI-S (Part #5601.0560.02): EMI Extension to System (1 license, 12-month warranty) - ELEKTRA License Dongle (Part #5601.0076.02): Hardware dongle for license management (1 unit) - EMCPC/ELEKTRA Upgrade (S/N 104333, Part #ELEMC-DEX): Data Exchange Interface Software for EMC test (1 license, 12-month warranty) - Notable Requirements: - All software licenses must include a 12-month warranty - Brand name only: Only Rohde & Schwarz products are acceptable - Offerors must be authorized resellers or distributors for Rohde & Schwarz and provide proof of authorization and manufacturer pricing - Period of Performance: - Delivery required within 2 to 4 weeks after receipt of order (ARO)

Description

This is a Brand Name requirement Rohde & Schwarz ELEKTRA Software Licenses.  See the attached SOW and RFQ document for full details.

All offerors (i.e. the vendor that will receive the award payment) must be an authorized reseller or distributor for the original equipment manuafacturer to be considered for award. 

ALL OFFERORS MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF PRICING FROM THE MANUFACTURER, AND CONFIRM AUTHORIZATION TO RESELL THE ITEMS LISTED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
