Description
The 319th Contracting Squadron at Grand Forks Air Force Base, ND is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for preventative maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair services supporting Aircraft Structural Maintenance (ASM) equipment. This includes the paint booth, sanding booth, blasting media cabinets, and the facility compressed air and filtration systems, as required by applicable federal, state, Air Force, and OEM standards.
Proposals are due by 28 August 2026 at 10:00 AM CST and shall be submitted electronically to Gabriel Randall at gabriel.randall.1@us.af.mil or TSgt Trenton Cott at trenton.cott@us.af.mil. Offerors must review all solicitation attachments for complete performance requirements. If proposal file size exceeds email limits, the offeror must request a DoD SAFE link from the POCs in advance of the due date.
The current applicable wage determination is included and any updates prior to award or task order issuance will apply.
This requirement includes quarterly preventative maintenance, filter supply, air quality testing, unscheduled repair response, and full servicing of AMUs, VFD exhaust systems, electrical components, blasting media cabinets, and the facility compressed air system, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Quality Control Plan is required, and contractor personnel must comply with all base access, security, environmental, and safety requirements. All work shall be documented and coordinated with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
