This opportunity is for the short-term rental of heavy construction equipment to support the 336th Training Support Squadron (TRSS) at Fairchild Air Force Base. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 92d Contracting Squadron (92 CONS LGC), supporting the 336th TRSS at Fairchild AFB - Products/Services Requested: - Rental of five types of heavy equipment, each for a 60-day period: - 1 Medium Class Motor Grader (150–260 Net HP, 12–14 ft moldboard, 40,000–45,000 lbs) - 1 Commercial Water Truck (1,500–2,500 gal, spray bars, high-volume pump) - 1 Compact/Mini Excavator (9,000–14,000 lbs, 11 ft digging depth) - 1 Compact Track Loader/Track Skid Loader (2,900–4,000 lbs capacity, rubber tracks) - 1 Commercial Dump Truck (Class 8, dual-axle, 10–12 cu yd capacity) - All equipment must be delivered to Cusick, WA, within 10 days of contract award and picked up after the 60-day rental period - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Equipment must meet detailed technical specifications for rugged, remote forest road maintenance and SERE training support - 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 532412 - Delivery and pickup logistics are critical; operational readiness is required during depot maintenance of government-owned assets - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; offerors may propose equipment from any manufacturer meeting the salient characteristics - All technical and performance requirements are detailed in the attached Salient Characteristics document
