This opportunity involves carpet removal and installation services at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Building 145, managed by the U.S. Army Support Activity. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Army Support Activity, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Building 145 - OEMs and Vendors: - Mohawk Group (OEM for specified carpet tile) - Equivalent commercial carpet tile manufacturers may be considered - Products/Services Requested: - Removal of old carpet and installation of new commercial carpet tile - Mohawk Group SwitchCode Umpteen (BT594) or equivalent - Approximately 5,800 square feet - Replacement of cove base/baseboards with matching/coordinating material - Moving and replacing furniture as part of installation - Cleanup of debris and packaging materials - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and safety equipment - Compliance with security and base entry requirements - Minimum one-year warranty on installation and five-year warranty on materials - Coordination for access, completion, and final inspection prior to invoicing
