Playground Equipment and Site Improvements for Genesee ISD Summerfield Project

Genesee Intermediate School District (ISD) is seeking proposals for the Summerfield Playground Phase 2 Project in Flint, MI. - Government Buyer: - Genesee ISD (Intermediate School District) - OEMs and Vendors: - GameTime (referenced as the basis for equipment models) - Equivalent products from other manufacturers may be considered - Products/Services Requested: - Removal and installation of shade canopies (16x16x8 and 12x12x8), based on GameTime models - Installation of new poured-in-place (P.I.P.) surface material (minimum 3/4" thick) - Installation of new 12" high plastic curbing, partially buried - Top-off and installation of engineered wood fiber (EWF) surface (6" depth, 4" top dress) - Replacement of swing seats, chains, brackets, and related hardware - Installation of new play structures and play items per project plans - Removal of existing tarp canopies, play structures, and concrete foundations (except swing frame) - Construction of a new ADA-compliant ramp - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All dimensions and quantities must be verified in the field - Safety zones for new equipment must be coordinated - All model numbers are based on GameTime equipment, but equivalents are allowed per bid documents - Multiple addenda and detailed scope documents are included in the solicitation
