This opportunity seeks qualified contractors to inspect unfired pressure vessels at Tobyhanna Army Depot. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, Tobyhanna Army Depot - Services Requested: - Inspection services for approximately 60 Unfired Pressure Vessels (UPVs), including air compressors and air receiver tanks - One-time structural integrity inspection in the base year using approved NDT/NDE methods (Ultrasonic Testing, Liquid Penetrant Test, Magnetic Particle Test, Radiographic Test) - Annual external visual inspections for four option years - On-call inspections for new or repaired vessels, with response required within 72 hours - Unique Requirements: - Contractor must be an accredited Authorized Inspection Agency with NB-369 certification - Minimum five years of relevant experience required - Annual verification of qualifications (NB-369 and NB-381 accreditation) - Deliverables include detailed inspection reports and timely invoicing - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; focus is on inspection services and technical qualifications - All technical details and requirements are outlined in the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) - This is a sources sought notice for market research and planning purposes only, not a solicitation or contract commitment

This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. All information received in response to this sources sought that is marked proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to this sources sought that indicate that the information therein is proprietary, or represents confidential business information, will be received, and held in confidence. Not responding to this source sought does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Please note, if a solicitation or multiple solicitations are posted in the future, they will be issued by a separate solicitation. The Government reserves the right to follow up on a one-on-one basis with Sources Sought respondents to gain additional information or clarity about information submitted. The Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, is conducting this sources sought in order to identify potential vendors that possess the capabilities to support a requirement for one provide inspection services for all Unfired Pressure Vessels (UPV) at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). All details are listed in the DRAFT Performance Wrok Statment  attached to this Sources Sought.
