The New York State Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking a certified Salesforce Consulting Partner to provide professional implementation services for its Salesforce environment under a three-year Enterprise Agreement Contract. - Government Buyer: - New York State Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) - OEM Highlight: - Salesforce is the required platform; only Salesforce-certified consulting partners are eligible - Vendors: - Only Salesforce-certified consulting partners may bid - Products/Services Requested: - Professional services for Salesforce implementation, configuration, development, deployment, and support - Delivery of reusable Salesforce assets and access to a reusable asset library - Knowledge transfer and training for state agency personnel - Provision of an Enterprise Salesforce Portfolio Manager (at no cost) to oversee project tracking, reporting, risk identification, and capacity planning - Notable Requirements: - Strictly excludes Salesforce licenses, products, or cloud services (procured separately) - Adherence to New York State security, privacy, and insurance standards - Compliance with NYS ITS and Salesforce Center of Excellence governance and deliverable acceptance procedures - Supplier diversity goals for SDVOB, MBE, and WBE participation - Enterprise Portfolio Management support must be provided at no additional cost - Projects initiated during the contract may continue up to 36 months beyond contract expiration - Contract Structure: - Three-year base term with two optional one-year renewals - Firm pricing for initial term; up to 3% price increase for first extension year
